Shoe making is fine look at angles of horn tubles. Long term QRT Crack problems will exisit if the horn is not turned in the right directions.
With that bone(per say) loss, the fulcrum processes are compromised. Thus the "Roller Motion" or "Bannaner' Shoe" , IMO, the only option......

Get it ultrasounded first. Origin of the check and suspensories are to close to be manually manipulated for a pain response. Good Luck!
